BleachMe GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 8b, 6340 Baar (hereinafter referred to as “supplier” or “we”) is the operator of the “LipBoom” products and the provider of the “LipBoom” service. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and observe the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) when collecting, processing and using your data. The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract.   1. Data collection when visiting our website

If our website is only used for information purposes, i.e. if the user does not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that the browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you visit our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

To process your order, we work together with service providers who support us in whole or in part in the implementation of concluded contracts (e.g. payment service providers such as Klarna, Twint, etc.).   • Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European directive and regulation giver to demand that the person responsible delete the personal data concerning them immediately if one of the following reasons applies and if the processing is not necessary:
  • The personal data were collected for such purposes or otherwise processed for which they are no longer necessary.
  • The data subject revokes their consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
  • The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21 (2) GDPR processing on.
  • The personal data have been unlawfully processed.

If one of the above reasons applies and a data subject wishes to have personal data stored at LipBoom deleted, they can contact an employee at any time. The employee will ensure that the request for deletion is complied with immediately.
